EXCLUSIVE This is our most expeditious level of service. Your documents are picked up as soon as possible (Usually within thirty minutes of your call). They are sent directly to their destination for a first attempt. If there are no further attempts necessary, your completed proof of service will be sent back as requested, usually before the close of business that very same day (time and distance allowing). RUSH This level of service is just a bit more relaxed than our exclusive service. We will pick up your documents in less than two hours. The first attempt will be made within twenty-four hours of your call. Upon completion of the service, proof of service will be forwarded on the following business day. REGULAR Pickup of documents from your office takes place within eight hours of your call. This is ideal when you have no threatening deadlines or wish to pre-schedule a pickup from your office. First attempts are made within forty-eight hours. Proofs are generated after service has been effected and are generally forwarded via first-class mail. You may also request return proofs by messenger on this level of service.
